Chokladcupcakes med blåbärsfrosting


Om ni bara ska baka 1 sorts cupcakes för resten av erat liv så är det denna!Jag har sagt det förr och jag säger det igen ONE BOWL CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES, gå och baka NU

Och om ni som jag blir lite sugen på blåbär måste ni toppa dem med min goda blåbärsfrosting

Blåbärsfrosting, räcker till 12 cc´s

2 dl blåbär, frysta går utmärkt
1/2 dl socker
1/2 tsk vaniljpulver
2 dl vispgrädde
200 g cream cheese
1 dl florsocker
1/2 tsk vaniljpulver

            1. Koka blåbär, socker och vaniljpulver tills det tjocknar och låt svalna
            2. Rör ner cream cheesen tillsammans med florsockret
            3. Vispa grädden och vänd ner
            4. Bred på din frosting på dina cupcakes
